Moong dhal called as paasiparupu in tamil is such an healthy grain. It has both soluble and unsoluble fibre. It contains beneficial antioxidants, magnesium,zinc and folic acid too.

It's too good for kids mainly kids who refuses to take the moong dhal as such we can give them this sweet form.
Let's check the ingredients quick and let's the burfi do all talkings.
Ingredients:
Moong dhal - 1 cup
Palm jaggery - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tablespoon (as required).
Procedure:
# Take the moong dhal and add in a pan dry roast them.
# Roast them well till the colour changes to golden brown.
# Allow them to cool and add the dhal in a grinder.
# Grind them to a fine powder.
# Add the Palm jaggery to the grinder along with powdered moong dhal.
# Now transfer the powdered jaggery and dhal into a bowl.
# Add the milk to this powder and mix well without any lumps.
# Now place the pan in stove and add 3 tablespoon of ghee.
# Add the mixture in the pan and stir it continuously till it thickens.
# Stir well till the mixture doesn't stick to the pan and get rolled into one.
# Now add this in a plate greased with ghee.
# Let them to set and cut into pieces after it's completely cools down.
Yummy, the delicious sweet is ready.

Decorate it with badam or cashews.
You can make any shapes you wish you can even add grated cashews or almonds and mix it up before transferring the mix into plate.
