☺Sabudana vada is a different receipe that i tried.
Its an quite easy snack crispy too
Sabudana is also called as javarisi & sago

INGREDIENTS:
Sabudana soaked 1 cup
Potatoes 4
Powdered peanuts 1 cup
Coriander leaves a bunch (finely chopped)
Ginger grated 1 tblspn
Pepper powder 1 tblsn
Chilli powder 1 tblspn (as required )
Garam masala 1/2 tblspn
Salt as required
Oil for frying
PROCEDURE:
- Take 1 cup sabudana and soak it in 1 cup water for 1 hour.
- After 1hour it absorbs all water and becomes soft.
- It is not too soft and thats the texture needed to make vada.
- Then take 4 potatoes boil it peel the skin off.
- Grate the potatoes and keep aside
- Take 1 cup peanuts roast it well & powder it fine
- Now take all ingredients in a bowl add required salt and mix into rough dough
- Mould it into small balls
- Grease the plate/leaf/hand with oil to flat the balls into vada shape
- Heat the oil in a pan for shallow fry
- Add the flattened balls in pan one by one
- Cook one side well before flipping it on other side
- Fry it on low flame for 3-4 mins on each side till it turns golden brown.
- Do the same for all the flattened balls.
TA DAA....SABUDANA VADA IS READY.
SERVE HOT GOES WELL WITH ALL CHUTNEYS ESPECIALLY SWEET MINT CHUTNEY.

take chilli powder 1 tblspn (as per spiciness required )

blend everything together
form a rough dough
no need to add any water as the potatoes bind everything together
roll out small portions into small balls
add oil in a pan for shallow fry
heat the oil at low flame
grease the plate/leaf/hand with oil to make vada shape
slightly tap and flatten the balls into vada shape(it should be slightly thick)
add the flatten balls one by one once oil is heated
flip only when one side is cooked well
cook each side for 3-4 minutes in low flame
fry till it turns golden brown colour all over
(dont flip before its cooked it may break out)
TAA DAAAAA.....
CRISPY SABUDANA VADA IS READY...
SERVE HOT AS IT TASTES AWESOME WHEN HOT
GOES WELL WITH SWEET MINT CHUTNEY
