Ingredients
Liquids:
1/4th cup of vegetable oil
1/3rd cup of curd
1/4 th cup of orange juice ( just take away seeds, roughly grind and add)
1tsp vanilla extract
100 g sugar ( can use brown sugar too)
Powders :
120 g wheat flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
Take the powders seive and keep aside
Grease the cake tin with oil and coat with flour
Add oil in a bowl and add oil , sugar, curd and orange juice and vanilla extract mix well till sugar melts then add the powders mix well without any lumps.
( Add cashews pista or badam if needed coat them with flour before adding to the cake mixture)
Cake batter is ready, pour it in cake tin and bake it for about 30-40 mins ( I used cooker to bake this cake )( place the cooker with no gasket at low flame keep a stand inside the cooker to place cake tin )
Check the cake is ready by piercing it with a toothpick. If the toothpick is clear then the cake is completely cooked or else allow few more minutes to bake.
