Wet:
1cup - milk
1/2cup - oil
1tsp - vanilla essence
1 tsp - vinegar
2 tblspn - milk ( for consistency)
Dry:
1 cup - powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup - maida
2 tblspn - cocoa powder
1tspn - baking powder
1/2 tsp - baking soda
Pre heat the cooker for 10 mins with lid closed( without gasket and whistle, apply a layer of salt or sand and place a stand inside it)
Grease the cake tin with oil and dust with flour.
Take a bowl add 1 cup milk , 1 cup powdered sugar , 1 cup oil , 1 tsp of vinegar and vanilla essence. Mix the ingredients well and set aside for 5 mins.
After 5 mins again mix it well.
Meanwhile take maida, baking powder and baking soda and seive them and set aside.
Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture prepared before.
Mix well without any lumps.
Vanilla cake batter is ready.
Now take the half of this batter in a separate bowl and add 2 tblspn of cocoa powder to it and mix well without any lumps.
Now pour the cocoa cake batter in cake tin followed by vanilla cake batter.
Tap the batter nicely
( For designs take a toothpick and create zig zag patterns on top of the cake batter )
Place the cake tin inside the cooker
Bake it for 40-50 mins
Check the cake is done using tooth pick.
