It can give glow to the skin even diabetic people can also take this.
Yet an easy and simple receipe.Give it a try.We never cook papaya so it's so good to take it raw and trying it to have in some innovative way such as pudding😊.

Ingredients:
Papaya - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1/4 th cup
Lemon - half
Procedure:
# Cut the papaya into cubes. Add the condensed milk.
# Squeeze the half lemon.
# Add all of them into mixer jar and grind them into paste.
# Transfer the paste into a container.
# Refrigerate this for 1 hour.
# Transfer the pudding into a plate and enjoy.
# If needed add cashews as toppings.
Enjoy the pudding chill.
